An excellent use of exercise tubing is doing bicep curls. You can change the resistance of your band as well, making it easier or harder, depending on your personal ability. In order to do a bicep curl, stand on top of the tube, with feet together and palms facing upwards, then do a bicep curl brining both arms up at the same time.
In order to make it harder, you can stand with your legs apart, and in order to make it easier, you can stand with just one foot on the tube. Once you're done with your exercise routine you can toss that tube into your hand bag, and your good to go. It is as simple and as easy as that.
You may wish to perform this movement with your palms facing you at the start (reverse) and finish in either a normal or hammer action bicep curl.
